Southwestern Eggrolls

Ok, so I know I said this was a blog for pastries and I'm telling you it is, but I guess I'm cheating a little because I do want to put some of my other stuff on here. Especially this recipe because it is time consuming and I won't be doing it again for a while, I just really don't enjoy doing it like a I do a good pastry (they're just more pretty when you're done..like art :).
